Farmer’s markets are kind of a thing…and I’ve got to say, I’m on the bandwagon. Not only do you get to go outside for an afternoon (because yay, it’s Spring!) but also it’s a great way to support local businesses and get whole ingredients that just sets the tone for your week. So after meal planning, make a quick list and grab some cash and your trendy canvas bags then bam…you’re ready for some healthy Vitamin D while you get your other vitamins!
My current favorite Farmer’s Market is in Downtown Orlando, it’s a great atmosphere and I can bike there! My friend Liz and I are making it well…a thing.
