Confession: I’m an emotional eater. Bad day at work? I’ll take pint…of ice cream. Feeling off? Mac n cheese it is. And honestly, it’s been bad lately with this whole exercise restriction thing.
So, what to do? It’s time for a reset…or in this case, a refresh. For the next 3 days I’ll put Beachbody’s 3 day refresh to the test…because let’s face it…this girl has GOT to get back in the saddle.
So as a coach, as a person, I’m taking the challenge…what can 3 days do? Follow this blog, and we will see…because there’s work to do.
