Everything is better with bacon, right? That includes vegetables. Artichokes specifically.
This app is so delicious, we eat it for breakfast, and it’s super simple! Duplicate as much as needed for party snacks or more hungry people. Only caveat, they don’t reheat well…but don’t worry, you’ll eat them all before that’s needed!
- 1 can artichoke hearts, quartered
- 4 slices bacon, cut in half
- Coconut oil
Preheat oven to 400. Drain artichoke can and put 2 artichoke pieces on bacon and roll up. Use a toothpick to hold in place. Repeat until bacon is used.
