Look, it’s another cookie dough recipe! Can talk tell it’s my vice? And just to clear the air, this is 100% delicious and 97 % not healthy, approximately.
Also, big plus, my recipe is slightly smaller than the average bear, so it fits comfortably in a mason jar (because what’s cooler than that these days?). So, set it as a centerpiece for a dip tray or eat a little and just put it away!
So where does the 4% healthy come from? Well…I used dark chocolate chips, light cream cheese, Irish butter (cause sometimes you need the good stuff) and my secret weapon, local honey!

- 6 T Irish Butter, room temperature
- 6 T light cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp local honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1/2 Bag Dark Chocolate Chips
Mix all ingredients but the chocolate chips with whip setting on your beater until blended and fluffy. Fold in chocolate chips and transfer to mason jar. Refrigerate until ready to serve!
